Your documents are kept confidential and remain your copyright. The copies of edited work that we keep are for reference only and only in relation to working with you on your specific body of work and are kept for a limited time, usually until the final publication of your work, unless we are instructed to do otherwise.
When conducting transactions with us, your financial information is not reveled or shared with other parties outside of Pay Pal, the company that we use for processing electronic payments. With Pay Pal, your transactions are safe, secure and allow you to pay without exposing your personal financial information.
