premium services in addition to its basic services. Premium services
include express
editing,
developmental
editing,
consulting,
and
document design. Just like with our basic services, we can
work on your document
electronically or in-person.We are sensitive to deadlines and
understand special circumstances. After all, your image is only as good
as the words used to describe it. And since
words are our business, we know how to take care of yours to make sure
that your words are effective tools for
communicating the message(s) that you want to express and tailored to
the audience that you're
approaching.

Editing
You need it when? You need it now. We understand deadlines and urgency
and can work fast to help you meet yours. Express editing is only
available for our Basic Services and are based on a same-day or a
24-hour
turn-around time. Express Editing services are ideal for clients who
have time-sensitive requirements and need only proofreading or copy
editing. Express Editing rates are $55 per hour or fraction
thereof for same-day editing and $45 per hour or
fraction thereof for projects needed within 24 hours. View

- Developmental
Editing
Developmental Editing consists of helping you flesh out your manuscript
and breathe life into it. Together, we will develop a manuscript and
ensure that the completed
work meets the requirements of the publication or institution to which
you are submitting it.
Developmental editing may also include research and fact checking, if
necessary. We can also help you develop the content for your website,
brochures, and other printed materials. We work with you from the ground
up and with any other professionals (such as web designers) that you
are working with to
ensure that your content is clear, clean, and concise. Developmental
Editing services are for clients who
have an outline or a loose draft and need help making thier vision come
to life. Developmental Editing
is $75 per hour (or fraction therof).

- Consulting
Consulting Services are best for clients who have an idea and need help
making thier project take
shape and aren't quite sure where or how to begin. Either way, we will
hold your hand and have your
back every step of the way. Consulting can be done over the
phone (with an e-mailed transcript of our conversations), over
electronic media such as Skype, or in person (F2F). F2F
consultations must be
booked in advance. Consulting services are also excellent
for business leaders/decision makers who want to educate their staff
about the importance of editing with a one-day lecture/seminar or
have an in-house style guide created for their internal and external

productivity and best practices. Consulting Services are $90 per hour
or fraction thereof, whether over the phone, by electronic media, or
F2F. Consulting services require a deposit, which ideally should

Design
Need a document such as a newsletter, program book, or brochure
designed or created? We will work with you to create your document from
scratch or redevelop an exisiting project. We can discuss your project
and your needs and give you an estimated project length. Call

Design Services are $75 per hour with a three-hour minimum for each
project designed.
