Red Pencil Editing Services Existing Client Resource Page We are the solution to your
editing needs.
This page is for new and existing clients of Red Pencil Editing Services. It is designed to help streamline your experience and provide you with additonal tools and resources for understanding your edited documents. Payment
Uploading files to the FTP (file transfer protocol) server: Red Pencil Editing Services uses YouSendIt.com as our FTP interface. Files may be uploaded that are up to 2 GB in size. The dropbox will open in a separate window. Please be sure to insert information in all fields. In the message field, don't forget to include your deadline. After we have received your file, we will confirm receipt by e-mail. Once your document has been edited, you will be given instructions for how to retrieve it from the dropbox. Resources for understanding your edited document(s): Documents edited with MS Word's Tracking Tools:
Documents edited manually and scanned to PDF: These documents will use the traditional proofreader's and copy editor's marks. To understand their meanings, view the tools below. Each will open in a new window.
